Tasting notes

Lark Classic Cask 100ml. Nose: Golden syrup and vanilla with hints of oranges and grapefruit. Palate: Sweet vanilla transforms into a heady combination of orange peel, butterscotch, cloves, nutmeg and grapefruit. Finish: Butterscotch and citrus notes with a long, satisfying smoky finish.

Lark Wolf Release IV 100ml. Nose: Bright citrus, toasted coconut, caramelised malt, grapefruit, cocoa powder and oak. Palate: Orange syrup, grapefruit, ancient oak, smoked malt, dark chocolate and toffee. Finish: Smoky, creamy and bright citrus.

Lark Christmas Cask 100ml. Nose: Sweet mandarin and decadent caramel leads into biscuits and figs. Maple syrup drizzled over pancakes topped with cinnamon and nutmeg. Palate: Orange peel-infused caramel pudding topped with spices. Dried fruits play off the rich, earthy oak. Finish: Christmas cake in a glass.
